Shipping and Returns

RETURNS

 

All returns must be authorized via email prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please contact info@vmrchicago.com to request authorization for a return.

 

VMR will only grant a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • Initiate a return within 14 days of the date shipment.
  • All items must in their original condition, unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • All tags must be attached and must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Footwear must not be worn or creased. Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged. All shoes must be returned in their original boxes, including dust bags.
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip intact.

 

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email/address provided.  Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

 

Final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange/store credit.

 

VMR does not refund shipping on returns.

 

Any packages VMR receive that are marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" or sent back to us without an email authorization from us will be issued a store credit. Original shipping fees are not refunded.

 

SHIPPING

VMR aims to ship orders within 2 business days but occasionally shipments are delayed due to a high volume of orders, holidays, and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. VMR is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the delivery service.

 

If you have received a shipping notification, VMR is unable to make any changes to your order or add items to an order.

 

All orders are trackable via UPS. 
Please note that we only ship within the United States. We will endeavor to sell worldwide soon.

 

Defective Merchandise/Incorrect Order – If you have received a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact VMR with your order number and issue. Once the issue is verified, VMR will provide a return label. Do not mail an item back without authorization from VMR. Defects or incorrect orders must be reported to VMR within 14 days of your shipment date
