Shipping and Returns

All returns must be authorized via email prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please contact info@vmrchicago.com to request authorization for a return.
    An RMA must be requested within 7 days of package delivery and items must be posted to VMR within 10 days of the RMA being granted.
       Any packages VMR receives that are marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" will not be eligible for a refund - customers can have the order shipped back to them one additional time or receive store credit.
        VMR will only grant a refund if the following conditions are met:
          • All items must be unused and unworn
            • Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached. Clothing that has been worn and/or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
              • Shoes must not be worn or creased. Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged
                • All shoes must be returned in their original packaging

                  VMR does not refund shipping on returns.
                       Items discounted 50% or more off the retail price or designated as Final Sale may not be returned for a refund or store credit. Markdowns and discounts are cumulative.
                        DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE/INCORRECT ORDER
                          VMR will issue a return label if an item is faulty or an error was made by VMR. VMR will not be held responsible for any return packages lost in the mail, therefore please keep your postage receipt as proof of postage and value the items at the price in which you paid for the product/s.
                            If you have received a defective item, please contact VMR with your order number and issue. Once the issue is verified, VMR will provide a return label. Do not mail an item back without authorization from VMR.
                              Defects or incorrect orders must be reported to VMR within 7 days of delivery.
                                If you have received a shipping notification, VMR is unable to make any changes to your order.
                                  *VMR aims to ship orders within 2 business days but occasionally shipments are delayed due to a high volume of orders, holidays, and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. VMR is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the delivery service.
                                    VMR sometimes undergoes periods of high order volume where shipping times can exceed the two business day window. 
                                      All orders are trackable via FedEx. 
                                      Please note that we only ship within the United States. We will endeavor to sell worldwide soon.
